Retail orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days following payment confirmation.
Wholesale orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days following payment confirmation.
Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information via email once an order has been processed and shipped. Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take up to 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, carrier issues, holidays, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Pure Peptides is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s handling and operations. If a package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, customers should contact us promptly so that we may assist in initiating a carrier claim when applicable.
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details before submitting payment. Orders may not be modified once processing has begun.
