This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Hustle & Her / Pure Peptides (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
⚠️ IMPORTANT – RESEARCH USE ONLY
All products sold on this website are for laboratory research purposes only. They are NOT for human or animal consumption. Due to the laboratory‑grade nature of our products and strict chain‑of‑custody requirements, our standard policy is NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES. All sales are final.
🔬 Quality Guarantee
We take product quality seriously. Each product is tested for purity and authenticity before being shipped. If you believe you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item due to our error, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
✅ The Only Exceptions
The following situations will be reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis and may result in a store credit or replacement (not a cash refund):
- Damaged in transit – You receive a product that is visibly damaged (vial broken, seal broken, etc.).
- Wrong item shipped – We sent you a product different from what you ordered.
- Missing item – Your order arrives incomplete (missing vials or products).
In these rare cases, we will replace the product or issue a store credit of equal value. No cash refunds will be issued.
❌ No Refunds For:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect address provided at checkout (customer error)
- Packages lost or delayed by the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx)
- Packages marked “delivered” but not received (contact the carrier first)
- Products that have been opened, reconstituted, or used
- Orders seized by customs (for international shipments)
- Failure to comply with local laws or regulations
📞 How To Report An Issue
If you believe you qualify for an exception, you must:
- Email us within 48 hours of delivery at:
support@purepeptides.com - Include your order number
- Include clear photos or video of the damaged/incorrect item
- Include your full name and shipping address
We will review your request within 3‑5 business days. Approved claims will receive a store credit or replacement shipment (at our discretion).
🚚 Shipping Errors & Lost Packages
If your tracking number shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package:
- Check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office
- Contact the carrier (USPS/UPS/FedEx) to file a missing package claim
- We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation
If the tracking number shows no movement for more than 14 days, email us and we will file an investigation with the carrier.
🔁 Chargebacks & Disputes
By placing an order, you agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute unless you have first contacted us and given us 10 business days to resolve the issue. Any chargeback filed without prior contact will result in:
- Permanent ban from future purchases
- Forfeiture of any store credit
- Referral to collections for the full amount (if applicable)
